VisualPinAcceptance
By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you're using VisualPin on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- One person per account. Teams should use a paid plan with seats.
- You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).
Acceptable use
Don't use VisualPin to host illegal content, infringe copyright, send spam, run automated abuse, or attempt to break our security. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
You own everything you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and display it so we can provide the service to you and your invited reviewers. We do not claim ownership and do not use your content to train AI models.
Billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the period.
- Refunds within 14 days for first-time subscribers if you're not satisfied.
- Annual plans available on request; contact sales for invoicing.
Service level
We target 99.9% uptime. Business and Agency plans receive a written SLA with credits for downtime over the target.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees you paid in the previous 12 months. VisualPin is provided "as is" with the warranties expressly stated in these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to active accounts at least 30 days before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
