VisualPinThe short version
- We collect the minimum data needed to run visualpin: your email, your projects, and the feedback your reviewers leave.
- We never sell your data. We never train third-party AI models on your projects.
- You can export or delete your data at any time from your dashboard.
- We use Paddle as our Merchant of Record for payments, Supabase for storage, and an AI gateway for the feedback coach.
What we collect
Account data (email, display name), project data (file uploads, URLs, comments, pins), usage analytics (page views, feature usage — never tied to identifiable individuals), and payment metadata (handled by Paddle; we never see card numbers).
How we use it
To provide the service, send transactional emails (receipts, notifications), improve product reliability, and prevent abuse. We do not use your project contents to train AI models.

Your rights
Under GDPR and similar regulations: access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, and objection. Email privacy@visualpin.app and we'll respond within 30 days.
Retention
Project data is retained as long as your account is active. On account closure, all data is purged from production within 7 days and from encrypted backups within 35 days.
Cookies
We use a single first-party session cookie for authentication. No third-party advertising cookies, ever.
